- Automatic monthly license renewal and billing starting from the day of sign-up. For example, a subscription bought on the 5th day of November is rebilled every 5th day of subsequent months
- License fees for the ArbMaker do not include a data service (access to Yahoo! Finance delayed daily and historical data is included compliments of Yahoo! Finance).
- The licensed software may be used on one computer at a time. The software ‘checks in’ with our license server at start-up to confirm it is running on an authorised computer and in accordance with the License Agreement (absolutely no other user data is examined or transmitted)
- License fees are subject to change with 30 days’ notice. Existing subscribers’ rates will not be affected by new fees brought into effect after their sign-up date
- Upgrades and maintenance fees are included in subscriber plans
- Fees and charges are non-refundable
